Hyatt Place San Antonio Airport/Quarry Market offers two unique meeting spaces in addition to the Guest Kitchen and outdoor pool patio. Meeting Room I is 720 square feet and can accommodate 30/theatre style, 20/classroom style, 20/u-shape and 20/conference style.  Meeting Room II is 336 square feet and can accommodate 15/theatre style, 10/classroom style, 8/u-shape and 12/conference style.    Combined, Meeting Room 1 & II is 1,056 square feet and can accommodate 45/theatre style, 30/classroom style, 28/u-shape and 32/conference style. All meetings come with a complimentary Executive Briefcase to ensure you have all the resources necessary for a successful meeting

At Hyatt Place San Antonio Airport/Quarry Market, all indoor meeting spaces provide complimentary wireless Internet, a 42” flat-panel HDTV and a dedicated meeting host to ensure that each and every one of your functions goes smoothly. A variety of state-of-the-art audio/visual equipment is available for rental including, but not limited to, a wireless LCD projector, 10’ screen, and flip chart/easel combinations. Hyatt Place is also pleased to provide all meeting attendees with complimentary notepads and pens.

Making reservations for your group has never been easier. We offer an exclusive online group booking page, featuring your personalized welcome message, group rate information and a custom reservation tool for guests to book their reservations.
